In a week where exercise was more difficult than it needed to be - thank you back for making your presence felt - I'm hap hap happy with just under a kilo gone.
And I've got curves now rather than just blubber. May or may not have spent a bit of time checking myself out in the mirror...ha ha ha.
This week also marks the last weigh in before 12wbt actually starts. Thank God, coz I was in danger of reaching goal weight before it even kicked off! With only 6 kilo to go, I MAY just have to re-think those early goals.
